This painting was a commission. A friend approached me and asked if I could paint her in Amazonian style as a present for her husband. She wanted to give him something unusual for his birthday!

I had such fun with it. Sam was so beautiful to paint anyway and I simply gave her a few more curves and some interesting clothes(if you can call them that!)

The little dragon is more of a pet in this picture, but her husband is Welsh after all……………….!
